HCC Medical Coder Risk Adjustment Coding

We are seeking an experienced HCC Medical Coder with 5+ years of hands-on experience in ICD-10-CM Risk Adjustment coding. The ideal candidate would have 5+ years of experience in HCC coding and Risk Adjustment medical coding. Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM coding guidelines and HCC methodologies. Experience reviewing and validating medical records for accurate code capture. High attention to detail and coding accuracy. Relevant coding certifications preferred (CRC, CPC, CCS, etc.). Ability to provide clear, well-supported audit rationales with consistency across reviews. Strong understanding of documentation requirements and coding compliance standards. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to articulate coding decisions and findings clearly. Ability to work in flexible hours.
