🔒 HIPAA Compliance Specialist Needed — Daily Task Execution We're hiring a compliance tech to complete hands-on HIPAA compliance work for a client. You'll be given a daily task list based on an existing risk assessment and be responsible for completing each item yourself. Engagement: Starts full-time to move quickly through the outstanding items, then transitions to part-time as tasks are completed. Expected to run several weeks total. What you'll do: ✅ Execute remediation items from an existing HIPAA risk assessment/checklist ✅ Set up and manage policies, trainings, and vendor documentation directly ✅ Work through a daily task list and complete items independently ✅ Report daily progress back to our team What you need: 📋 Proven experience actually completing HIPAA risk assessments and compliance documentation 🧠 Familiarity with compliance platforms/frameworks (e.g. Compliancy Group, HIPAA Security Rule) a plus 🏢 Experience working in an MSP / IT managed services environment a plus 🕐 Ability to overlap with our Texas (Central Time) team — available for a few hours anytime between 10am–5pm CT 💬 Comfortable with daily check-ins and clear written communication Please only apply if you have direct, hands-on experience completing HIPAA compliance tasks.
