HIPAA and federal compliance specialist for a government health IT project

What you would own - The HIPAA side: Privacy Rule, Security Rule, how we handle PHI and PII, and the safeguards a health data system needs - The federal compliance documents this kind of proposal and contract requires, such as a Data Management Plan, a security and risk approach, Section 508 accessibility conformance (ACR and VPAT), and an AI compliance and risk plan - Being named as key personnel on the proposal, with a short resume and a commitment letter The PIV part, please read this carefully - This role requires federal identity credentialing, known as a PIV card.
