Position Requirements: * Strong experience in commercial HVAC estimating * Very good knowledge of: -Trimble AutoBid SheetMetal - Bluebeam Revu * Ability to read and understand: -Mechanical plans -Specifications -HVAC schedules -Shop drawings * Experience with: -Ductwork takeoffs -Equipment takeoffs -Labor and material pricing -Preparing proposals and bid packages * Knowledge of SMACNA standards is a plus * Good communication and organizational skills * Good English communication required Responsibilities: * Prepare accurate commercial HVAC estimates * Perform detailed ductwork and equipment takeoffs
