Head of Client Acquisition — Recruiting & Staffing $100–$300/hour | Long-term opportunity with full-time potential We’re a VC-backed recruiting startup. We’ve been getting clients through warm connections, and now we want someone who has already been extremely successful getting clients for recruiting or staffing firms to build that side of the business with us. Our clients love our results. We’ve built a proprietary sourcing and vetting process that produces much much stronger candidates than clients are used to seeing, and are currently at competitive prices (we plan to start increasing our prices though). We want someone who knows how to turn a great fulfillment process into many more paying clients. You’ll work directly with me to identify the most profitable markets and offers, reach the right buyers, and build at least one very profitable client acquisition process from A-Z. There’s room to shape the commercial side of the company however we would like and for you to grow with us as a company. Who should apply You have personally won many high-value employer clients for recruiting, staffing, executive search, RPO, or a closely related talent service—ideally generating millions in revenue for those companies, with repeated success across several years and ideally for multiple different firms in this industry. Agency founders, experienced staffing sales leaders, and successful full-desk recruiters are welcome. Ideally, you have 7+ years of relevant experience. We care most about your past success getting clients to pay a lot of money. How to apply Please just immediately tell us: Your best relevant wins.
