Scope of Work: Mobile App Growth Consultant Project Overview: We are launching a new family legacy mobile application preparing for a public launch in August 1, 2026. We are seeking a highly experienced, results-driven Growth Contractor to own our user acquisition strategy and execute a 90-day sprint to drive 1,200 paid subscriptions. Responsibilities: Strategy Ownership: Design and execute a full-funnel acquisition strategy across paid social (Meta) and search (Apple Search Ads/Google) channels. Funnel Optimization: Audit and refine our current onboarding and paywall flow to maximize conversion from free trial/download to paid subscriber. Campaign Management: Manage the end-to-end ad spend, including creative direction, A/B testing of ad copy, and daily budget optimization. Tracking & Attribution: Ensure seamless integration of tracking tools (e.g., Firebase, AppsFlyer) to maintain precise data on CPA and LTV. Weekly Reporting: Provide weekly performance dashboards detailing spend, impressions, conversion rates, and progress toward the 1,200-subscriber goal. Deliverables: Growth Roadmap (By July 20th): A comprehensive channel strategy for the August 1st pilot and August 15th public release. Creative Asset Package: A set of 5–10 high-converting ad variations (video and static) tailored to legacy/family-focused audiences. Conversion Audit: A documented review of our current user journey with actionable recommendations to improve sign-up flows. Growth Reporting: Ongoing weekly reports tracking progress against the target of 1,200 subscriptions within 90 days. Required Qualifications: Proven track record of scaling B2C mobile apps from zero to 1,000+ subscribers. Deep expertise in Meta Ads and Apple Search Ads for mobile apps. Strong analytical skills—must be comfortable with mobile attribution models and conversion optimization. Ability to balance technical "growth hacking" with the respectful, emotive tone required for a family legacy brand. Timeline: Start Date: Immediately. Pilot Launch: August 1, 2026. Public Release: August 15, 2026. Evaluation Period: 90 days from the date of engagement.
