The app offers guided prayer sessions for peace, gratitude, and strength; daily Scripture and devotional plans; a full KJV Bible; a prayer and reflection journal; and gentle streak tracking to encourage consistency. Rooted operates on a subscription model (weekly and annual plans) and is built for believers looking to deepen their faith amidst the busyness of modern life. The Opportunity: We are looking for a Head of Marketing & Growth Partner to take complete ownership of the marketing and user acquisition funnel. This is a full-time, co-founder-style partnership. Rather than a traditional salary, you will receive a 50/50 split of all profits generated by the app. If you are a talented growth marketer who wants to build, scale, and share the rewards of a high-potential mobile app, this partnership is designed for you. You will have full creative freedom to lead our marketing strategy, with a primary focus on organic social media and viral short-form content. Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Content Creation: Own our presence on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You will write, shoot, edit, and post engaging short-form video content designed to go viral. Campaign Strategy & Angle Testing: Identify, test, and scale different marketing angles (e.g., managing spiritual anxiety, morning habits, building discipline, finding peace, daily devotionals). User Acquisition & Funnel Optimization: Optimize organic traffic flows, monitor App Store conversions, and continuously iterate based on data. Alternative Growth Channels: Beyond short-form video, explore other marketing avenues such as influencer partnerships, community building, and App Store Optimization (ASO). Brand Voice Management: Maintain a respectful, encouraging, and authentic voice that resonates deeply with the Christian community. Requirements: Proven TikTok/Reels Track Record: You must have hands-on experience creating short-form video content that has achieved viral reach (experience in the faith, lifestyle, or productivity niches is highly preferred). All-in-One Creator Skills: You can confidently handle scripting, on-camera presentation (or sourcing creators), video editing, and caption optimization. Co-Founder Mindset: You understand that this is a partnership. You are self-motivated, comfortable working without day-to-day supervision, and driven by a direct link between your marketing results and your payout. Familiarity with iOS/Mobile App Marketing: An understanding of subscription apps, App Store dynamics, and conversion funnel optimization. Compensation: 50/50 Profit Split: You will receive exactly half of the net profits generated by the app. This is a full-time commitment with uncapped earning potential directly tied to performance.
