Bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Closer, SaaS for Field Service Contractors We're a SaaS platform built for field service contractors in trades like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, many of them Spanish-speaking. We launched recently and are building out our sales motion. We're looking for a full-cycle salesperson to start part-time, with room to grow as we scale. This is a full-cycle role. You'll prospect and build pipeline as well as run demos and close, working alongside our head of business development on outreach and partnerships. Some leads come warm from our ad funnel, but we want someone who can also generate their own. Our product is a monthly subscription, so success is about closing at volume and keeping customers subscribed, not landing one large deal at a time. This is a different rhythm from high-ticket closing, and being upfront about that matters for fit. What we're looking for: Bilingual, native or fluent Spanish and strong English Full-cycle experience, prospecting through close Comfort selling to small business owners and blue-collar trades Experience with recurring subscription or volume sales is a strong plus CRM fluency (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) Self-directed, low need for management Structure: Part-time to start, around eight hours a week, commission-based on what you close, with room to expand as the motion proves out. To apply, please answer these questions: Have you sold a lower-priced recurring subscription, around $50 to $100 a month, where the goal is closing at volume and keeping people subscribed rather than landing one large deal? Tell us what that looked like. This role is full-cycle, prospecting through close. Walk us through how you build a pipeline from scratch. What does your outbound process look like when starting cold? Our buyers are US field service contractors, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, often Spanish-speaking owner-operators working out of a truck. Have you sold to trades or small business owners like that, and how do you adjust your approach? Between prospecting and closing in a part-time week, how would you split your time, and how many demos could you generate and run once up to speed? This role starts part-time and commission-based. Does that structure work for you, and what would make it worth your time?
