Head of Shopify & Conversion — Boxbollen We're looking for someone who treats the Shopify store like a revenue machine. Every page, every flow, every upsell, every email — optimized, tested, and pushing conversion forward constantly. What you'll own: — Full ownership of the Shopify store — UX, speed, structure, and conversion rate — Building and optimizing every funnel: PDP pages, cart, checkout, post-purchase — A/B testing everything — headlines, offers, layouts, bundles, upsells — Email and SMS flows in Klaviyo — welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, winback — App stack management — knowing what's installed, what's actually working, and what to cut — Coordinating with paid social to make sure landing pages match ad creative and offers — Subscription and bundle strategy to increase AOV and LTV — Weekly reporting on CVR, AOV, revenue per session, and retention metrics Who you are: You've run a high-volume Shopify store before — not just managed one, actually owned the results. You understand the full funnel from ad click to repeat purchase. You know Klaviyo deeply. You make decisions based on data, not opinions. You're obsessive about small details because you know a 0.5% CVR lift at our volume is worth millions. Why Boxbollen: $142M in all-time revenue — completely bootstrapped. $60M annually. We've worked with Mr. Beast, Will Smith, Tom Brady, Conor McGregor, Tyson Fury, Khloé Kardashian, Kris Jenner, IShowSpeed, Bill Gates, and Dr. Phil. The brand has gravity. Your job is to make sure the store converts every visitor it gets. This isn't a maintenance role. We want someone who sees untapped revenue everywhere they look and goes after it.
