Head of University Partnerships I United Stated & Europe

We are looking for someone with an established network within universities, student organizations, societies, and campus communities. You will run the university partnerships department for one of the world’s largest festival experiences, helping us grow awareness, build student communities, and drive bookings through university-led partnerships. Your role will be to identify, connect with, and manage relationships with universities, student unions, societies, campus ambassadors, and student-focused organizations. You will create partnership campaigns, build campus programs, and help turn student communities into a strong growth channel. This role is perfect for someone who understands student culture, already has strong university contacts, and knows how to create partnerships that drive real results. What you’ll do: Build and manage relationships with universities, student unions, and societies Create and run university partnership campaigns Develop campus ambassador and student community programs Find new student markets and growth opportunities Track leads, bookings, revenue, and campaign performance Work closely with the marketing, sales, and ambassador teams We’re looking for someone who: Already has a strong network in the university and student space Understands student communities, societies, and campus culture Can build partnerships and activate communities Is commercial, social, and results-driven Can take ownership and build the department from the ground up If you have the network, experience, and energy to help grow one of the world’s most exciting festival brands through universities and student communities, we’d love to hear from you.
