Health Consultation Specialist — Free Intro Calls → Clinic Booking (Energy & Longevity Niche)

We're not another supplement funnel: people come to us through a personalized quiz, and the ones who are ready get connected to physician-led partner clinics (hormone optimization, peptides, NAD+, GLP-1, and more) for deeper care. We're looking for someone warm, sharp, and easy to talk to on the phone who can run our free 30-minute intro consultations — talk intelligently about energy, habits, and bloodwork, answer real questions, and know exactly who's ready for the next step: a follow-up call with one of our clinic partners. This is not a hard-sell job. It's an educate-and-qualify job. What You'll Do Take scheduled 30-minute phone consultations with people who've completed our quiz (mostly ages 40–65) Speak knowledgeably across our core topics: Why energy drops with age, and the role of simple daily habits in reversing it How inflammation markers (hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-alpha, IL-1 beta) connect to how someone feels day to day What longevity bloodwork reveals that a standard annual physical doesn't — early risk markers, cellular aging markers, metabolic/gut function, micronutrient gaps Our products (inflammation panel, our sirtuin-support formula, our habit-building program) at a high level — enough to build trust, not to replace what a clinician does Listen for real signals of readiness (health history, motivation, urgency, budget fit) and qualify who's a good match for a follow-up call with our clinic partners (hormone optimization, GLP-1, peptides, NAD+ therapy) Book qualified people directly into our clinic partners' calendars using our existing booking system Log call notes and outcomes accurately in our CRM so our team can follow up appropriately Represent our brand voice: direct, warm, no scare tactics, no hard selling — this audience trusts a straight answer over a pitch What We're Looking For Excellent, warm phone presence — this audience is 40–65+ and prefers a real conversation over video or chat Comfortable discussing health, wellness, or biomarker topics without sounding like a script (background in health coaching, nutrition, nursing, medical sales, or similar is a big plus, but not required if you're a fast learner) Strong active listening — able to qualify without interrogating Organized: comfortable using a CRM/booking tool and keeping accurate notes Reliable availability for scheduled call blocks U.S.-based or comfortable with U.S. business hours (our audience is U.S.-based) Nice to Have Experience with consultative or "soft" sales (not commission-hungry closers) Familiarity with functional medicine, longevity, or hormone health concepts Experience with GoHighLevel, Cal.com, or similar CRM/scheduling tools How We'll Set You Up A training session covering our full product stack, talking points, and objection handling Reference materials and call scripts/frameworks (flexible, not rigid) Access to our booking and CRM system Ongoing feedback loop as we refine what's working To Apply Tell us: A bit about your background with phone-based health, wellness, or consultative conversations Your availability (days/hours, time zone) A short note on how you'd explain to someone why "just eat better and exercise" isn't the same as a personalized, bloodwork-informed plan We're moving quickly and looking to start soon.
