About the role We are looking for a motivated and personable Medical Outreach & Engagement Specialist to represent our company to healthcare facilities. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clinics, hospitals, private practices, and other medical organizations — introducing our services, qualifying leads, and booking discovery calls for our senior team. This is an outbound-focused role combining email outreach and phone calls, so a background in the healthcare or medical field is essential for building credibility with prospects. What you'll do • Conduct outbound cold and warm calls to medical facilities including hospitals, clinics, private practices, and specialty centers • Send targeted outreach emails to healthcare decision-makers (practice managers, medical directors, procurement leads) • Introduce and clearly articulate our services using medically informed, professional language • Qualify prospects and schedule follow-up calls or demos for our internal team • Maintain accurate records of all outreach activity in our CRM • Follow up persistently but professionally with prospects across multiple touchpoints • Provide weekly activity reports including call volumes, email open rates, and appointments set What we're looking for • Background in healthcare, medicine, or a related field (clinical, administrative, or pharmaceutical experience all welcome) • Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting • Confident, professional phone manner with the ability to engage gatekeepers and decision-makers • Strong written English for crafting compelling outreach emails • Familiarity with medical terminology and the ability to speak credibly with clinical and administrative staff • Self-starter who can manage a pipeline independently and hit weekly targets • Experience with a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare industry sensitivities is an advantage Nice to have Previous experience selling or promoting services to healthcare organizations Multilingual abilities (Spanish, French, or other languages a bonus depending on target markets) Experience with email sequencing tools (Lemlist, Instantly, Mailshake, etc.) How to apply In your proposal, please include: A brief overview of your medical or healthcare background Examples of previous outbound sales or outreach work (industries and results)
