Help a CEO create a MS Power Automate App for his business

Summary

I am the CEO of a 11 person tech firm called EMMa3D. We run on O365, with heavy use of Teams. I need to create a series of Power Automate apps that enable us to automate internal processes. We are leanly manned and I want to keep my devs working on our core product, so I want to learn how to use Power Automate myself by creating some simple processes. I am looking for an expert to help guide me, but I do not want to have to give outside access to our O35 instance, therefore I am looking for someone who is happy to do a screenshare, and guide me through building Power Automate workflows. The first process will be to automate how we monitor, request and approve corporate gifts and hospitality.
