Help Publishing a Research Paper

I need help preparing and submitting a research paper to a journal. The manuscript is already written and is a scoping review in the field of medical education, focusing on the experiences of medical students and doctors with autism. I now need guidance on selecting the most appropriate journal, following submission instructions, formatting the manuscript correctly, and ensuring all required elements are included. My university (University of Nottingham) has read-and-publish agreements that allow free open-access publication (no APC fees) in a range of journals from major publishers. I am open to advice on selecting the best fit from this list based on scope, acceptance likelihood, and suitability under these institutional agreements, and I am happy to proceed with whichever journal is most appropriate. I am looking for someone with experience in medical or academic journal publishing, ideally familiar with scoping reviews and medical education research.
