Help Recruit Estonia Drivers

Summary Must be located in Estonia. Ideally have connections and/or knowledge of Uber/Bolt etc. Join Obi as a Driver Research Administrator to oversee and grow our driver program. We have just launched a new app to help drivers (driveobi) and we need help to get new drivers to sign on. Initially the focus will be Tallinn. This hands-on role involves developing relationships, researching new acquisition channels, and managing incentives for drivers. Specifically - finding driver groups / whatsapp / taxi fleet owners who can help quickly get lots of drivers on board. Deliverables: Reach out to driver groups, find drivers / fleet owners who can then refer other drivers. Whilst it helps, this cannot rely just on social media postings. Direct reach out / managing relationships / finding access to driver groups is key. Ongoing maintenance, finding new drivers, improving acquisition channels.
