Help finalize outline for feature screenplay

Summary

I’m looking for a screenwriter/story consultant to help me shape a feature outline for a Western/noir wrong-man thriller set in the rodeo world. I mostly like to reference older movies, pre-1970s, so someone familiar with classic Hollywood/noir/Hitchcock films would be helpful. I already have a rough outline, characters, themes, and many possible beats. What I need help with is simplifying the story, clarifying the central engine, strengthening the middle. My stregnths are big picture, vibe, dialoge, but no so mcuh strucutre. Thanks!
