High Level Expert to Build Automation System for Medical Society Membership & Events

The Georgia Society of Plastic Surgeons (GSPS) is seeking an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) automation specialist to build and optimize our CRM workflows. GSPS is a nonprofit professional medical society representing plastic surgeons across Georgia. We are transitioning from manual administrative processes to an automated system that improves member engagement, dues collection, annual meeting management, sponsor communication, and overall organizational efficiency. We already have a website and organizational structure. We need a GHL expert who can design workflows that allow the society to operate efficiently with minimal manual administrative work. **Project Goals:** Build a complete GHL automation system including: ### 1. Membership Management Workflow * Import existing member database * Segment members (active, expired, prospective members, residents/fellows) * Automate membership renewal reminders * Send confirmation emails after dues payment * Create onboarding sequence for new members * Create inactive member reactivation campaigns * Create quarterly member communication workflow ### 2. Annual Meeting / Event Workflow Build automation for our Annual Scientific Meeting including: * Registration follow-up * Attendee communication * Reminder emails/text messages * Hotel and event information updates * Post-meeting surveys * Future meeting announcements ### 3. Sponsor & Exhibitor Workflow Create pipeline for: * Prospective sponsors * Sponsor outreach campaigns * Follow-up sequences * Payment reminders * Sponsor confirmation emails * Exhibitor communication before and after events ### 4. Email & SMS Automation Create professional templates for: * Membership announcements * Event reminders * Board communications * Sponsor communications * Educational events * Newsletters ### 5. AI Conversation & Voice Agent Optimization Configure GHL AI tools to: * Answer common member questions * Provide meeting information * Direct inquiries appropriately * Capture leads from potential sponsors or members ### 6. Dashboard & Reporting Create dashboards to track: * Membership numbers * Renewals * Event registrations * Sponsor pipeline * Communication performance **Ideal Candidate:** * Advanced GoHighLevel experience required * Experience building CRM workflows * Experience with nonprofit associations, memberships, events, or professional organizations preferred * Experience with Stripe/payment integrations preferred * Strong understanding of email/SMS automation * Ability to recommend best practices, not just complete assigned tasks **Deliverables:** 1.
