GoHighLevel Automation & Lead Generation Specialist (Financial Services) Contract | Remote | Potential for Ongoing Work EFC Wealth Management is seeking an experienced GoHighLevel (HighLevel) Automation & CRM Specialist to build and optimize a scalable marketing and sales automation ecosystem for our growing wealth management firm. We are looking for someone who understands both the technical side of HighLevel and the marketing strategy behind generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and increasing appointment conversions. This is not just a CRM setup position—we're looking for someone who can build systems that help grow our business. About Us EFC Wealth Management is a rapidly growing Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm dedicated to helping families unlock their CODE to Retirement™ through comprehensive retirement planning, tax strategies, income planning, and legacy planning. Our goal is to build a world-class client acquisition and automation platform that delivers an exceptional client experience while allowing our advisors to focus on serving clients. What You'll Be Responsible For Sales & Marketing Automation Build automated workflows for every stage of our sales process, including: New lead intake Appointment scheduling Appointment reminders No-show follow-up Lead nurturing campaigns Client onboarding Event registration Webinar automation Workshop follow-up Long-term drip campaigns Referral campaigns Reactivation campaigns Lead Generation Design and optimize lead generation systems inside HighLevel, including: Landing pages Funnels Forms Surveys Calendars Pipeline automation SMS campaigns Email marketing Ringless voicemail (if applicable) AI conversation workflows Lead scoring Conversion optimization The objective is to generate: More qualified leads More booked appointments Higher appointment show rates Better conversion rates
