We are building a high-performance lead conversion system—and the ISA is the engine. The Role As an ISA, your primary responsibility is simple: Consistently create seller listing opportunities by converting outbound calls into leads, qualified conversations, and appointments for our agents. You are not guessing. You are not “figuring it out as you go.” You will operate inside a proven system with clear expectations, daily structure, and ongoing training. This role exists because most agents fail to make calls daily and fail at consistent follow-up. You won’t. You will bring order to lead chaos, ensure every opportunity is worked, and help capture business that would otherwise be lost. What You’ll Do Make outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups daily Respond to new leads immediately and consistently Nurture long-term prospects (minimum touch every 28 days) Qualify buyers and sellers for readiness and motivation Set appointments for the sales team Log all activity clearly in the CRM Submit daily performance reports (calls, conversations, results) Participate in daily roleplay and training sessions What Matters Most We are not hiring based on experience alone. How We Operate Daily script practice and roleplay (non-negotiable) Structured lead management system (no guesswork) Clear performance tracking and accountability Team-based culture—not a disconnected call center You are not a contractor. You are part of the team. Compensation Hourly Pay: $5–$6 USD/hour Performance Bonus: Paid on closed transactions only (not appointments) This is a results-driven role requiring excellent phone skills with a focus on outbound prospecting that carries with it strong upside for consistent performers.
