High Ticket Appointment Setter & Sales Executive for eCommerce Agency (EU Candidates Only)

We're hiring an experienced Appointment Setter / Sales Executive to join Xcelerate Brands. This position is open only to candidates currently based in Europe. We're looking for someone with excellent spoken English, confidence on calls, and the ability to build trust with business owners. If you know how to sell, handle objections, and book qualified appointments, we'll teach you everything else. About Xcelerate Brands Xcelerate Brands is a full service eCommerce growth agency helping brands scale across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop, eBay, and other leading marketplaces. We provide end to end solutions including Amazon account management, Amazon Renewed EU, PPC management, listing optimization, creative services, Google & Meta advertising, Shopify development, social media management, sourcing, compliance, and marketplace expansion. Your Role This is not a high volume cold calling job. We provide qualified leads, sales presentations, case studies, and marketing materials. Your responsibility is to contact prospects, understand their business, build credibility, present our services, qualify opportunities, schedule discovery calls with our operations team, and help convert prospects into long term clients. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a key role in growing our agency. We Are Looking For Someone Who Is currently based in Europe. Speaks fluent English with a neutral or easily understandable accent. Is confident speaking with founders, CEOs, and business owners. Has excellent communication and relationship building skills. Can confidently deliver a persuasive sales pitch. Knows how to qualify leads and overcome objections. Has experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, SDR, BDR, or high ticket sales. Is self motivated, organized, and consistent with follow ups. Amazon or eCommerce experience is a bonus, but it is not required. We will provide complete training on our services, Amazon Renewed, our sales process, technical aspects, and everything you need to confidently represent Xcelerate Brands. Responsibilities Contact company provided leads through phone calls, LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels. Build rapport and identify business opportunities. Present Xcelerate Brands' services professionally. Qualify prospects based on business needs and budget. Schedule strategy calls with our operations team. Follow up until prospects make a decision. Help close high value service agreements. Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates. Compensation Competitive hourly rate. 10% to 15% recurring commission on every client you bring in. Your commission continues every quarter for as long as the client remains active with Xcelerate Brands. No cap on commissions. Long term opportunity with significant earning potential.
