We are a fast-growing B2B company with a high-ticket offer and a problem most sales teams would kill for: more qualified calls than we can take. Our internal marketing books a steady flow of warm, inbound Zoom calls with business owners who asked to speak with us. We need a closer to own that calendar so our executive team can stay focused on operations. This is a pure closing seat. No prospecting, no cold calling, no list-building — you show up, run our proven script, handle objections, and close. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Take pre-booked, inbound Zoom calls (scaling toward 50+ per month). - Run our diagnostic script, hold frame, and close high-ticket deals. - That's it. The pipeline is handled. You close. THE ECONOMICS - Base salary: $0. If you need a base, this isn't for you. - Commission: 20% of upfront cash collected (Month 1 only — no recurring). - Deal size: high-ticket, $3k–$5k range. - Close a modest 20% of 50 calls and you're at $6k–$10k/month — from meetings we book for you. WHO YOU ARE - A closer, not a marketer. You live for the close. - Highly experienced in B2B tech or high-ticket service sales. - Completely comfortable looking a seasoned CEO in the eye and asking for a high-ticket wire transfer. - You hold frame. You don't flinch, and you don't get talked out of the sale. DON'T APPLY IF - You're a strategist, consultant, or agency owner looking to reshape our marketing.
