High-Ticket B2C Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (Roofing – Denver

We are a premier roofing company in Denver, Colorado, looking for an elite, individual outbound cold caller to join our team. We are offering a highly competitive base rate of $30–$40 per hour (based on experience and setup) plus a generous backend commission on approved insurance claims that pay out. This is a B2C appointment-setting role. Your only goal is to call homeowners in targeted Denver neighborhoods and schedule them for a FREE, zero-obligation roof inspection. There is no hard selling over the phone—you are giving away a free service to help them check for storm/weather damage. What We Expect You to Bring: Your Own Infrastructure: You must have your own reliable outbound setup (Multi-line dialer like Mojo, ZenCall, or similar, and an integrated CRM setup). Data Sourcing Capabilities: You must have the tools or knowledge to source/pull your own targeted B2C homeowner lists (filtering by geography, home age, or storm data). Note: All lists must be run through a DNC scrubber prior to dialing. Fluent/Native English: Your spoken English must be flawless, persuasive, and completely free of heavy, distracting accents. You must excel at building instant rapport with US homeowners. Proven Scripting: While we can collaborate, we prefer a "plug-and-play" professional who already has a high-converting soft-script framework for home services or roofing. Compensation & Terms: Base Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 / hour (capped weekly to start during trial). Bonus: Generous backend commission paid out as soon as the insurance claim is approved, the ACV check is issued, and the contract is signed. Trial Period: The first 20 hours will serve as a paid trial. Continued employment will be based on appointment-setting performance and call-recording reviews.
