High-Ticket Closer Needed — Home Service Lead Generation Agency

We are a done-for-you lead generation agency serving home service contractors across the US — roofing, tree service, HVAC, remodeling, and more. We generate exclusive appointments for these contractors and charge on a pay-per-appointment model. We are looking for an experienced high-ticket closer to handle the full sales cycle — from follow up and call booking to closing deals — for our B2B offer. What You Will Be Selling A pay-per-appointment service to home service business owners doing $250K–$1M+ annually in revenue. The offer includes an upfront setup fee plus an initial appointment package collected on the call, followed by per-appointment charges on delivery. Average cash collected per close: $1,700–$3,500+ Your Responsibilities Follow up with inbound leads generated through our Meta ad campaigns Book and conduct discovery and closing calls with qualified home service business owners Send payment links to clients on the call and collect payment before hanging up Set clear expectations with clients on delivery timeline and process Log all activity and update pipeline stages in our CRM (GoHighLevel) Hit a minimum of 3 closes per month to maintain commission rate Commission Structure 20% on all cash collected on the call 25% on cash collected once you cross $15,000 collected in a single month No base salary — this is a pure commission role No commission on recurring per-appointment charges after the initial close — your cut is entirely on what you collect upfront on the call Example: You close a client at $1,000 setup + $1,800 for 6 appointments = $2,800 collected. You earn $560 on that close. Who We Are Looking For Minimum 2 years experience in high-ticket sales, preferably B2B Experience selling to small business owners is a strong plus Comfortable managing the full sales cycle — follow up, booking, and closing Confident on the phone and able to handle objections without a script safety net Reliable, self-driven, and results-oriented Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM preferred but not required What This Is Not This is not a salaried role This is not entry level — we need someone who has closed before and can prove it Contract | Commission Only | Remote | US Hours
