Give me a flat monthly cost.* We're a venture studio running paid acquisition for the first time and we want someone who's done this at the top of the market to own it end to end. What we sell is high-ticket: our buyers acquire complete operating companies we've built, at roughly a $250K ticket. That means we don't want volume. We want a small number of genuinely qualified, high-intent leads — people with the capital and intent to move on a quarter-million-dollar decision. You own the whole thing: channel strategy, targeting, creative direction, tracking/attribution, optimization. You tell us where the buyer actually is — LinkedIn, Google, Meta, or some mix — and you run it. We'll hand you the offer, the positioning, and a full set of creative assets to work from. Your job is to turn spend into qualified conversations, not clicks. You must have: A track record driving qualified leads for high-ticket offers ($50K+, ideally six figures). Not e-comm, not $2K info products. Full-funnel ownership across at least two of LinkedIn / Google / Meta — strategy through optimization, not just campaign setup. Comfort being measured on lead quality, not CPL or impression vanity metrics. Your own tracking and attribution setup so we can actually see what's working. Not a fit if: you optimize for reach and clicks, your experience is low-ticket or e-comm, or you need a big internal team to function. This is a lean, operator-run build. Logistics: We want to start this week. Ongoing engagement if the leads are good. Share your rate and structure (retainer, % of spend, or hybrid). Screening questions: What's the highest ticket price you've driven qualified leads for, and on which channel? Walk me through one campaign where you delivered low-volume, high-intent leads — with numbers. Can you start this week?
