I run an AI automations agency and we are looking for an experienced high-ticket closer to take booked discovery calls and close them into paying clients. This is a pure closing role; no prospecting, no cold calling, no lead generation. Appointments will be pre-booked and delivered to your calendar. You will be joining at the ground floor of a growing agency with a clear offer, a defined sales process, and warm prospects who have already been qualified and have had their pain points uncovered before you speak to them. What You Will Do: • Take pre-booked appointments with business owners and decision makers; all pre-qualified • Run the proposal call using our proven two-call sales process, the prospect already knows their pain points before you speak • Walk the prospect through their personalized Practice Efficiency Audit, a one-page findings report prepared by our team before every call • Present the offer clearly and confidently — including the deliverables, and the ROI case • Handle objections professionally • Collect payment and countersigned contract on the call. • Provide call notes and outcome summary within 24 hours of each call • Attend a brief weekly sync to align on pipeline, feedback, and objections heard What We Provide: You are not starting from scratch. Here is exactly what you get before your first call: • Booked appointments delivered to your calendar, no prospecting required • Full discovery call notes from the qualifying conversation, you know the pain before you dial • Personalized Practice Efficiency Audit PDF for each prospect, prepared by our team • Proposal deck and pricing sheet • Payment link and contract ready to send on the call • Onboarding support and call review in your first two weeks Who We Are Looking For Required • Minimum 2 years of high-ticket B2B sales closing experience, preferably $5,000+ deals • Proven track record of closing on the phone or video call, not just warm introductions • Comfortable selling to business owners and decision makers, not procurement teams • Fluent English , written and spoken, with a professional, confident phone presence • Reliable internet, a quiet environment, and availability for calls during business hours in the target time zone • Ability to handle objections without discounting, we do not negotiate on price • CRM or call notes discipline, you document every outcome clearly Preferred • Prior experience selling to healthcare, medical, or clinic clients • Familiarity with automation, SaaS, or tech services, you do not need to be technical, but you should be comfortable discussing systems at a high level • Experience with commission-only or performance-based roles • Background in agencies, marketing services, or consulting sales Compensation: Base pay + 10% commission on each deal closed.
