We are a fast-growing Philippine-Based B2B sourcing and procurement platform helping companies find reliable suppliers for automotive parts, construction materials, industrial supplies, and consumer goods. We’re looking for a Sales Executive (Online / Calls-Based) who can connect with businesses through calls, emails, and online channels to identify companies that need help with sourcing or procurement. Your main role will be reaching out to potential clients, understanding their requirements, and positioning the company as their trusted partner for supplying anything they need—from construction materials to automotive parts and general supplies. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, persuasive in conversations, and comfortable handling multiple leads daily. You’ll be responsible for cold calling, following up inquiries, nurturing leads, and closing deals remotely. If you’re organized, proactive, and know how to turn a simple conversation into a business opportunity, you’ll thrive here. We’re looking for someone results-driven with strong communication and negotiation skills, preferably with experience in B2B or outbound sales. In return, you’ll get a competitive base plus commission, with strong earning potential based on your performance and closed deals. While the role is primarily online, you should also be open to attending in-person meetings when needed to close deals or strengthen client relationships. Flexibility to switch between remote work and field meetings is important. Key Responsibilities: -Identify and approach companies with procurement needs (construction firms, logistics companies, fleets, warehouses, SMEs, etc.) -Generate leads through field visits, networking, and outreach -Present the company's sourcing solutions and value proposition -Close deals and onboard clients to the platform -Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business -Coordinate with internal team for order fulfillment What You Get: -Competitive base salary + high commission structure -Unlimited earning potential (commission per successful deal) -Opportunity to be part of a scalable, multi-industry platform -Direct exposure to large-volume transactions and enterprise clients Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management Strong network in industries like construction, logistics, automotive, or trading (preferred) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented Willing to do field work and meet clients Ideal Candidate: -A hunter mindset – not afraid to chase deals -Resourceful and street-smart -Understands how businesses buy and procure -Hungry for growth and high income
