High-Volume B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter — US Property Management (Remote, US Hours)

We help US residential property management companies keep maintenance moving. We need a high-volume cold caller to dial US companies from our CRM and book 15-minute intro calls with our specialist. You find the pain, book the call, hand off — no closing, no pricing. This is a high-activity role. You must be prepared to make 75–100 calls per day once ramped. There's a quick 2-day training/onboarding before you go live. Requirements: fluent, articulate English + clear/neutral/confident phone presence (the #1 requirement) · proven B2B outbound / cold-calling / appointment-setting experience · comfortable with 75–100 calls/day · available Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm US Eastern · CRM discipline, reliable internet, quiet space, good headset. Pay: $5–8/hr base + performance bonuses (more for a proven closer). To apply — read carefully, we ignore proposals that skip these: Start your proposal with the word "QUEUE" so we know you read this. In 2–3 sentences, your outbound / appointment-setting experience. Attach a 60–90 second voice recording: pretend you called a US owner who says "just send me information" — respond naturally, explain why a short call is better, ask for the meeting. Confirm you can work 8am–5pm US Eastern and handle 75–100 calls/day. Proposals missing the keyword or the voice note won't be reviewed.
