OWF (Operation Workflow) is a fast-growing agency looking for a results-driven Cold Calling Specialist to join our outreach team. You will be working directly on PST (Pacific Standard Time) to contact HVAC and Plumbing business owners across North America. This is a part-time position requiring 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday (20 hours per week). Your focus will be high-efficiency dialing during the core business window (targeting roughly 40–50 dials per 4-hour shift. You must be consistently available for your 4-hour block during the PST window (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST). Key Responsibilities: High-Volume Outreach: Execute cold calls to a pre-vetted list of trade business owners during your 4-hour shift. PST Attendance: You must be active and available during your chosen 4-hour PST block. Lead Qualification: Use our simple script/hook to identify revenue loss from missed calls and spark interest. Tracking: Update the OWF Master Lead Tracker (CSV) in real-time after every single dial. Quality Standards: Maintain a high-energy, professional tone. All calls are recorded via Zoom Phone for coaching. Requirements: Time Zone Sync: Ability to work a consistent 4-hour daily schedule on PST. Fluent English: Excellent verbal skills with a clear, professional, North American-friendly accent. Technical Setup: You must use the Zoom Desktop App for calls. A high-speed internet connection and a professional noise-canceling headset are mandatory. Resilience: High energy and the ability to stay focused through consistent dialing. Why Join OWF?
