We are seeking highly experienced conference organisers to work with us on the AI Investment Conference, New York, a premium international business forum focused on the state of AI investment, return on investment, capital formation, and the wider commercial opportunities emerging across the AI ecosystem. The conference will bring together leading voices from across the global investment and technology landscape to examine how AI is being financed, built, scaled, regulated, and monetised. The target delegates will include Limited Partners from sovereign wealth funds, state pension funds, and university endowments; General Partners from venture capital and growth equity firms; hyperscaler executives; frontier AI lab founders; application-layer SaaS CEOs; compute brokers; GPU cloud providers; data infrastructure engineers; AI semiconductor developers; tech regulatory specialists; venture debt providers; investment bankers; tech syndicate leaders; and leading AI academic researchers and market analysts. The role will involve end-to-end conference management, including programme development, speaker coordination, delegate engagement, sponsor servicing, logistics, venue and supplier liaison, marketing support, and on-site event delivery. We are looking for individuals with exceptional organisational ability, strong communication skills, discretion, and a track record of delivering high-calibre events for senior audiences. Experience in investment, finance, technology, or international business forums would be a strong advantage. Candidates should be able to demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. We will assign specific tasks related to your area of experience.
