Highly Skilled Creative Strategist for an E-commerce Brand

We’re a fast-growing ecommerce brand looking for a highly skilled Creative Strategist who understands consumer psychology, direct response marketing, and performance-driven creative. This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who can consistently develop winning ad concepts, hooks, angles, and creative briefs that drive revenue. Responsibilities: Research customer pain points, desires, objections, and buying triggers Develop high-converting ad concepts for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Create hooks, scripts, storyboards, and creative briefs for UGC creators Analyze ad performance and iterate based on data Identify winning angles and scale successful campaigns Work closely with media buyers, designers, and content creators Monitor competitor creatives and market trends Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience as a Creative Strategist for ecommerce brands Proven track record creating ads that generated significant revenue Deep understanding of direct response marketing Strong knowledge of Meta and TikTok advertising Ability to turn customer insights into compelling ad concepts Experience analyzing creative performance metrics Excellent copywriting and communication skills Fluent English Experience with skincare, health & wellness, beauty, or consumer products Experience managing UGC creators What Success Looks Like: Consistently launching new winning creative concepts Improving CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, and CPA Developing scalable creative systems that drive profitable growth
