We’re seeking a long-term partner with deep expertise in the Polish e-commerce market and full mastery of the Allegro platform to manage our store end-to-end. This role focuses on building efficient workflows (including automation via Baselinker) and ensuring smooth operations as we scale. Key Responsibilities: Product Listing & Bulk Upload: Manage 200–300 products initially, using Allegro’s native tools or Baselinker for bulk uploads (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, categories). Inventory & Order Management: Sync stock levels, process orders, handle returns/refunds, and ensure real-time inventory accuracy. Store Optimization: Optimize listings for SEO/conversions, monitor performance metrics, and implement improvements. Automation Setup: Leverage Baselinker to automate repetitive tasks (e.g., order processing, inventory sync, listing updates). Requirements: Proven experience managing Allegro stores (full platform operations: listings, ads, analytics). Deep knowledge of the Polish e-commerce landscape (trends, buyer behavior, regulations). Hands-on experience with Baselinker (or similar e-commerce automation tools) for bulk uploads/workflow automation.
