Hiring PA Based In-Store Models for Digital & Print Marketing Campaigns

CommunityAid is seeking models to help us capture authentic, in-store content at one or more of our CommunityAid Thrift Store locations across Central Pennsylvania. This project focuses on real, relatable imagery for use across CommunityAid's full range of marketing and advertising materials. We're looking for models 18 years or older, of all sizes and backgrounds, who are comfortable being photographed in a real retail environment, portraying everyday shoppers browsing, and enjoying the thrifting experience. This is not a guaranteed long-term contract or employment, but models who meet or exceed expectations may be considered for ongoing, project-based work. What You'll Be Doing Examples of shoots may include: • Candid-style photos of you browsing racks, shelves, or displays • Interacting with home décor, books, or other departments • Lifestyle-style shots of the shopping experience • Seasonal or promotional campaign imagery • Photography for billboards, print ads, and in-store signage • Digital assets for websites, social media, email, and online advertising Content may be used across all of CommunityAid's marketing channels and formats, including but not limited to: social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), website and email marketing, digital advertising, billboards, print advertisements, in-store signage, and any other current or future marketing or promotional use. Locations Models must be able to visit one or more of the following CommunityAid Thrift Store locations: Hanover, PA: 793 Baltimore Street, Hanover, PA 17331 Harrisburg, PA: 4405 Lewis Road, Harrisburg, PA 17111 Lancaster, PA: 31 Rohrerstown Road, Lancaster, PA 17603 Mechanicsburg, PA: 4833 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 Reading, PA: 5370 Allentown Pike, Reading, PA 19560 Selinsgrove, PA: 1070 N Susquehanna Trail, Selinsgrove, PA 17870 York, PA: 2001 Springwood Road, York, PA 17403 We're Looking For Someone Who • Is 18 years of age or older and able to sign a model release on their own behalf • Is comfortable being photographed in public retail spaces • Can naturally portray a relaxed, everyday shopper (not overly posed) • Has some modeling, acting, or on-camera experience (professional or personal) • Has a friendly, approachable presence suited to a community-focused brand • Is reliable, communicative, and punctual • Is local to one or more store locations (or willing to travel) Wardrobe Models should arrive wearing their own neutral, casual clothing (solid colors, no busy patterns, logos, or graphic text). Further guidance will be provided ahead of the shoot if needed. Compensation $75 flat rate per shoot (estimated 1-2 hours on location). All compensation will be provided through Upwork. Usage & Rights By accepting this project, models agree to CommunityAid's Model Release & Likeness Addendum. This addendum grants CommunityAid the right to use, reproduce, and distribute photos and/or video of the model across all marketing and advertising channels and formats — including but not limited to digital, print, out-of-home (such as billboards), and social media — without additional compensation beyond the agreed project rate.
