Summary

We’re hiring a hungry, high-energy Business Development Representative for our fast-growing AI Receptionist business. This role starts as a hands-on sales position but is designed for someone who wants to grow into leadership and eventually help build and manage our sales organization. What you'll do: • Cold call businesses and generate new opportunities • Follow up with inbound leads from Meta Ads campaigns • Book meetings with qualified prospects • Get on Zoom calls and close deals • Build relationships and manage pipeline activity in CRM • Follow up with prospects and clients • Help improve scripts, sales processes, and conversions • Eventually help lead and manage a team of cold callers and closers Who we're looking for: ✅ Strong phone and communication skills ✅ Comfortable with cold outreach and objection handling ✅ Confident speaking on Zoom and closing deals ✅ Self-motivated and competitive mindset ✅ Organized with CRM experience ✅ Startup mentality — comfortable wearing multiple hats ✅ Leadership mentality; wants to grow into a management role Bonus points: • Experience selling AI services, SaaS, automation, lead generation, or marketing services • Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or CRM systems • Experience managing or training sales reps What we offer: • Base + commission + performance incentives • Warm inbound opportunities from paid ads • Clear path into leadership and team management • Opportunity to help build something from the ground up If you're looking for more than "just a sales job" and want an opportunity to grow into leadership while helping build an AI company, apply or message me directly.
