# Hiring: Direct Response Direct Mail Marketing Strategist (Health & Wellness) We're looking for an experienced direct response direct mail strategist to own and lead our direct mail acquisition strategy for a growing physician-guided weight loss and longevity brand. This is **not** a graphic design or print production role. We're looking for someone who can develop the complete strategy, creative direction, messaging, testing plan, and execution for a direct mail campaign designed to acquire new customers. ### About Our Business We offer physician-guided health optimization programs, including: * GLP-1 weight loss * NAD+ * Longevity therapies * Healthy aging programs * Nutrition and lifestyle education Our primary audience is adults between 35 and 65 years old. ### Your Responsibilities You'll take ownership of the entire direct mail initiative, including: * Evaluating whether direct mail is a viable customer acquisition channel for our business. * Developing the overall direct mail strategy. * Identifying the best target audiences and mailing lists. * Recommending the ideal mail format (postcard, letter package, self-mailer, dimensional mail, etc.). * Developing the creative strategy and campaign concept. * Writing or directing the copy and messaging. * Directing the design and creative assets. * Creating compelling offers and calls to action. * Recommending landing pages, QR code strategy, quizzes, or other conversion paths. * Coordinating with designers, printers, and mailing vendors as needed. * Launching a measurable test campaign. * Analyzing campaign performance and recommending optimization or scale. Our goal is to start with a data-driven pilot campaign and expand only if the numbers support it. ### We'd Love to Hear About 1. Why you're a great fit for this project. 2. We're looking for someone who can own this channel from strategy through execution and optimization, with the potential to become a long-term partner as we scale.
