I'm hiring my first salesperson — someone who could become the face of the brand. And I'm being picky. We're an early AI startup going after one of the largest, most overlooked markets on earth: the $13 trillion world of government procurement. Companies bid on public contracts worth millions — and most of them still hunt for those contracts by hand. We help them stop guessing. Now I need someone to help me get this into their hands. This is NOT a data-entry or "VA" role. This is sales — the human kind: → Research. We hand you the intelligence — which companies bid, the contract they just missed, the portal they're not watching. You find the right person to send it to, and their email. → Outreach. Write emails a CEO actually replies to. (Templates exist. Copy-paste does not.) → Read the patterns. "Strategy A is dead. B is getting replies. Let's switch." → Show up. Be a voice people recognize — on calls, in comments, on camera. Comfortable representing the brand in public, not just behind a keyboard. Who I'm looking for: • High agency. If the email isn't on the page, you find another way. You never send me "I couldn't find it." • Warm. You genuinely like people — the one who lights up in a conversation and makes a stranger feel comfortable in 30 seconds. • Flawless English. You're writing to founders and directors. Grammar is non-negotiable. • Curious & quick. New tools excite you, they don't scare you. • Camera-ready. You're not afraid to put your face out there — a short video, a live demo, a comment thread. People remember people, not logos. The deal: This is commission, not hourly — built so your income compounds. You earn 10% on every new customer's first month, then 5% for every month they stay subscribed. Our plans run $299–$699/mo, so each close isn't a one-off payout — it's a recurring stream that keeps paying while you go land the next one. No ceiling. The better you are, the more you make. You're getting in at the ground floor of an AI startup and learning go-to-market from day one — not a cog-in-a-machine job.
