# Hiring: AI Marketing & Facebook Ads Specialist ## Roofing / Home Services / Lead Generation **Company:** Confidential U.S. Roofing & Insurance Restoration Company **Location:** Remote **Employment Type:** Part-Time / Contract **Start:** ASAP We are looking for a creative, AI-savvy marketer who understands Facebook Ads, lead generation, roofing/home services marketing, and recruiting campaigns. This is not a traditional marketing role. We want someone who can help us build a real growth system using AI, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms. ## Responsibilities * Create and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. * Generate qualified roofing and insurance restoration leads. * Build hiring campaigns to recruit strong salespeople, canvassers, inspectors, and field reps. * Develop targeting strategies to find high-quality sales recruits through TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms. * Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, AI image/video tools, and automation platforms to create high-performing content. * Produce short-form videos, graphics, and ad creatives for both customer leads and recruiting. * Build and optimize simple lead funnels. * Help automate marketing and recruiting workflows. * Test different audiences, offers, creatives, and campaigns. * Track results and provide weekly performance reports. * Work directly with leadership to develop new marketing and recruiting strategies. ## Requirements * Strong experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite. * Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video content. * Experience using AI tools for marketing, content creation, and automation. * Strong copywriting and creative skills. * Ability to create campaigns with a limited budget. * Experience with lead generation funnels. * Experience with recruiting campaigns is a strong plus. * Roofing, construction, home services, or insurance restoration marketing experience is a major advantage. ## What We Are Looking For * Creative thinker * Self-starter * Affordable but highly skilled * Data-driven * Comfortable using AI tools * Strong communicator * Able to work independently * Interested in growing long-term with a fast-moving company ## Compensation Compensation will depend on experience and may include: * Monthly retainer * Performance bonuses based on qualified leads * Performance bonuses based on successful sales recruit campaigns * Long-term growth opportunities * Potential leadership role as the marketing department expands ## To Apply Please send: 1.
