You will be responsible for connecting with homeowners, responding to service inquiries, following up with potential customers, and coordinating appointments with our company representatives. ## Services We Handle * Plumbing * Roofing * Garage Door Repair * HVAC * Electrical * Water Damage Restoration * Drain Cleaning * Other Residential Home Services ## Job Responsibilities * Answer inbound customer inquiries regarding home services. * Make outbound follow-up calls to homeowners who have requested information or service. * Contact customers to confirm, reschedule, or update appointments. * Coordinate directly with the company team to schedule appointments efficiently. * Gather customer information and accurately enter appointment details into the system. * Maintain a professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude on every call. * Ensure appointments are scheduled correctly and all necessary information is collected. ## Requirements * Excellent English communication skills. * Clear and professional phone etiquette. * Reliable high-speed internet connection. * Quiet workspace for taking customer calls. * Computer or laptop with a quality headset. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Previous appointment setting or customer service experience is helpful but **not required**.
