Home Assistant Dashboard and Automation

I have a new Home Assistant set-up. I have airconditioners in 6 rooms. In each room I have sensibo controls and a sensibo room sensor which measures temp and humidity. There are 2 tasks: 1. I want to create one dashboard which shows me for all rooms: - temp -humidity - on/off status of the AC according to sensibo If the temp / humidity status of any room is inconsistent with the on / off status of the AC, I want that room to show up in red or similar (as it means that sensibo thinks it is on when it is off or vice versa - usually cause by someone using the remote control and the sensibo system "missing" it"). Measure of inconsistency would be that system thinks that AC has been off for 30 mins but humidity and temp are falling but ouside temp is stable or not falling much. Alternatively system thinks AC is on but temp / humidity aren't chaning or are chaning very little over last 30 mins 2. run an automation periodically checking the above and then notifying me (via the Home assistant companion app) and by email of any rooms where there is the inconsistency.
