Home assistant integration with LLM.

Home assistant is a Linux based operating system and is currently installed on a hp pro desk I am running a local llm on a strong desktop pc and the plan is to interact with llm and perform actions on home assistant. Actions need to be sent from pc to hp pro desk(home assistant) Llm is currently running on ollama through vs code There is some pre made work made by communities that we can use to fast track and make easier. If I remember correctly there is a repo called “ha-mcp” or “mcp assist” Mcp assist exposes device parameters available in home assistant. We give them labels so llm makes less mistakes For example Light_brightness_value Fan_speed_value TV_power These are exposed by Mcp assist and if we can control them we can control the smart devices
