DUAL OCCUPANCY ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER / BUILDING DESIGNER REQUIRED PROJECT OVERVIEW I am seeking an Architectural Designer, Building Designer or Architect to develop a dual occupancy residential project on a 1,315m² site in Queensland, Australia. The successful applicant will take an existing concept floorplan and transform it into a complete architectural package including concept development, 3D renders, construction drawings and consultant coordination suitable for council approval. PROJECT DETAILS Site Area: 1,315m² Development: Dual Occupancy (2 Detached Dwellings) Each Dwelling to Include: • 2 Bedrooms • Home Office / Study • 2 Bathrooms • single car Garage • Open Plan Kitchen, Living & Dining • Butler’s Pantry • Walk-In Robe with Central Island • Ensuite with Double Vanity • Separate Laundry • Large Alfresco with Outdoor Kitchen • Contemporary Coastal / Modern Australian Design DESIGN OBJECTIVES The project is intended as a build and flip so finishes should not be too costly.
