--- **Mapbox Housing Data Terminal — Full Stack Developer** I run a national housing market YouTube channel called Housing Nerd. I'm building a data terminal I use on screen during videos and live streams — think ResiClub Terminal in function, rebuilt on my stack with my data pipeline and my brand. This is a real build, not a demo. **The stack is locked:** Mapbox, Supabase, Netlify or Vercel. If you haven't shipped a live choropleth map in Mapbox before, this isn't the right fit. **The scale is national.** Every US state, metro, county, and ZIP. Years of historical data. The architecture has to handle that from day one — nothing that only works at toy size. **The data pipeline is the hardest part.** Data pulls automatically from public file sources on a schedule. No manual uploads. Ever. It has to stay stable when source files change. **Phase 1** is my personal cockpit — map view with metric switching, place search, a chart panel that opens on click, zoom-based geography layers. Phase 2 is a shareable version. Phase 3 is a subscription product. Build clean and modular from day one. I own everything at the end. GitHub repo, all code, all credentials on my infrastructure.
