Humanoid Robot On-Site Deployment Technician / Operator – Calgary, Alberta (Sep 15-16)

We are Droid Depot, a US robotics startup. We are looking for an experienced humanoid robot operator/technician for a commercial event in Calgary, Alberta on September 15–16, 2025 (dates may shift by 1–2 days). We strongly prefer candidates who can bring their own humanoid robot for the event. Use Case: The robot will be used as a receptionist / guest greeting robot. Main tasks include: Welcoming guests Providing information Interactive conversations simple engagement Scope of Work: Bring and set up your own humanoid robot on-site Operate and supervise the robot during the event Handle calibration, troubleshooting, software updates, and real-time support Pack down at the end of the event Maintain a professional, customer-facing presence Requirements:Hands-on experience operating humanoid robots (Unitree G1, Go2, UBTECH, Agibot, Astribot, etc.) Own or have reliable access to a working humanoid robot suitable for public events Strong technical troubleshooting skills Professional appearance and good communication skills Based in Calgary / Alberta preferred (or willing to travel) Duration: 2–3 days (setup + event days) How to Apply: Please reply with: Your location (Calgary preferred) Which humanoid robot(s) you can bring/operate (model + photos/video if possible) Experience with public/event deployments (especially receptionist or guest-facing) Your availability on Sep 15–16 Serious applicants with access to a humanoid robot only.
