We are seeking an experienced Hyperledger Besu developer for a two-milestone project. Milestone 1 (paid separately, ($150): review a provided technical requirements document and a specific academic paper (DOI included) describing a novel BFT consensus mechanism, then deliver a short written feasibility assessment — no code or environment setup required at this stage. Milestone 2 (scope and price agreed after Milestone 1): build a Proof of Concept integrating a Python-simulated Zero Trust Architecture with a permissioned Hyperledger Besu blockchain network, based on the assessment outcome.
