Summary

We are seeking a skilled IFS consultant / trainer to join our IFS programme team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IFS and the ability to support our training team. A strong understanding of IFS is vital. The initial requirement will be to deliver a Train the Trainer to our German speaking trainers. As we move past this phase you will then be invited to support curriculum and need analysis and or deliver ILT sessions to a broader English speaking audience. As part of the programme's training team you be responsible for supporing the training team and and sessions to ensure IFS skills are adequate across and close, supportive team. If you have a passion for IFS, have a knack for making complex topics accessible and would like to join an active team on a 36 month project, we would love to hear from you.
