Ice tube -plastic design can cooler

Need help designing prototype and eventually a final products. Product : Cooler for cans two sizes two variants one with gel filled one with water filled. Ideal candidate : someone who can design and also can make decision based on what material to select keeping thermal contraction and freezing expansion etc and design for manufacturing if injection mold then draft angle and all in mind and deliver prototype/design accordingly. Deliverables will include if not limited to editable solid works files (if designed in it). Design for manufacturing and prototyiping.
