About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to support our growing immigration practice. The ideal candidate has substantial experience representing undocumented immigrants and handling a variety of affirmative immigration matters. Experience with removal defense and EOIR proceedings is preferred but not required. Required Experience - Family-based immigration matters, including petitions, adjustment of status, waivers, and related filings - Humanitarian immigration cases, such as asylum, VAWA, U visas, T visas, SIJS, TPS, and other humanitarian relief - Experience working directly with undocumented immigrants and mixed-status families - Strong legal writing, case analysis, and client communication skills - Ability to manage cases independently and collaborate with legal support staff Preferred Qualifications - Experience handling EOIR matters, including removal defense, motions, and immigration court proceedings - Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required) - Familiarity with USCIS, EOIR, and consular processing procedures Responsibilities - Review and analyze immigration cases - Develop legal strategies and provide case guidance - Draft and review filings, declarations, briefs, and supporting evidence - Supervise or collaborate with case managers and legal support staff as needed - Ensure compliance with immigration law and procedural requirements To Apply Please provide: - A summary of your immigration law experience - The types of cases you have handled - Your experience working with undocumented immigrants - Whether you have EOIR experience - Whether you are bilingual in English and Spanish We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, compassionate, and committed to helping immigrant communities.
