US Immigration Attorney for Case Reviews

US immigration attorney (any state bar, active and in good standing) for an ongoing engagement with our visa-services company. Two parts. First, ongoing: clients of ours with criminal history or other complexity flags are referred to you; you review the file, advise the client directly on their eligibility, admissibility, and options, and confirm to us only whether the case can proceed with non-legal document preparation. Second, initial project: review and finalize our intake screening criteria (draft exists) that determine which cases route to you. Compensation is flat per-review or hourly — your call — and is never contingent on case outcomes or on whether the client purchases our services. Your advice to the client is independent; we want the arrangement structured conservatively and correctly, and part of your first engagement is confirming that structure. Malpractice insurance required. Estimated volume: 20 reviews/week. Experience with family-based petitions (K-1, CR-1/IR-1) preferred.
