US Immigration - Business Sponsorship

Responsibilities Collect and organize immigration documents from employees and candidates Prepare document checklists and ensure all required materials are received Assist with visa and green card case preparation Coordinate with immigration attorneys and law firms Track case progress, deadlines, and government filing dates Maintain organized digital files and case records Assist with preparation of support letters, employment verification letters, and company documentation Follow up with employees regarding missing information Monitor USCIS and Department of State updates affecting active cases Help educate employees regarding available immigration pathways Types of Cases Experience with one or more of the following is preferred: H-1B H-1B1 TN L-1A / L-1B H-3 J-1 O-1 PERM / EB-3 EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) Employment-based green cards Consular processing Qualifications Previous experience working with U.S. immigration cases Strong English writing and communication skills Exceptional organizational skills Ability to manage confidential information Experience preparing immigration document packages Familiarity with USCIS forms and processes preferred Experience working with immigration attorneys or law firms preferred
