Immigration Paralegal – EOIR Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced immigration paralegal to join our growing team — with experience and knowledge on EOIR matters. ⸻ Responsibilities • Prepare and file EOIR documents including Form EOIR-42A/42B, I-589, I-485, motions, and evidence packets. • Manage EOIR court deadlines and maintain case calendars. • Draft declarations, exhibit lists, and indexes of evidence. • Track and update clients on court hearings, ROPs, and biometrics. • Assist attorneys with trial preparation including organizing country conditions and exhibits. • Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients, many of whom have experienced trauma. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files using Clio and Docketwise. • Coordinate interpreter scheduling, filings with court, and mailings. ⸻ ✅ Requirements • 2-3 years minimum of immigration paralegal experience with a strong focus on removal defense / EOIR cases • Proficiency with USCIS and EOIR forms and procedures • Strong writing skills (cover letters, declarations, and motions) • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision • High attention to detail and organizational skills • Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred • Experience using legal practice management software (e.g., Clio, Docketwise) a plus ⸻ Pay is based on experience and knowledge including using softwares such as Clio and Docketwise. Shift would be from Monday to Friday from 9am-6pm EST. Weekends and extra hours are also available. Thank you for your interest!
