Immigration paralegal

Immigration law firm seeking an Immigration Paralegal to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has experience handling U.S. immigration matters. Responsibilities * Prepare and organize USCIS forms and supporting documents. * Assist attorneys with family-based, employment-based, and nonimmigrant immigration cases. * Maintain case files and track deadlines. * Communicate with clients by email and phone. * Draft correspondence and request supporting documentation. * Coordinate with USCIS, NVC, and other government agencies when needed. * Work closely with attorneys and other team members to ensure cases move forward efficiently. Qualifications * At least 1 year of experience working in U.S. immigration law as a paralegal or legal assistant. * Familiarity with USCIS forms and immigration procedures. * Good written and spoken English. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines. * Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. * Experience with INSZoom or similar immigration software is a plus. * Additional languages such as Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, or Hindi are a plus but not required.
